AnonymousPhoneBone.com will be referred to in this service agreement as APB. The APB service that keeps member phone numbers private will be referred to as the AnonCaller.
APB is a service intended to assist with and facilitate the availability of anonymous phone sex between consenting adults. In order to use the AnonCaller, you must have access to a landline, cell, or VoIP phone.
1. You indicate acceptance of these terms by your continued use of the site, after being notified about them.
2. APB may discontinue or suspend any of its services at any time.
3. APB can place limitations at its discretion on the use of its service.
4. APB can change this agreement at any time, by placing a notice on our website. Continued use of APB's services indicates acceptance of the new terms of service.
5. You certify that you are of legal age in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing this page, or any pages, containing adult material. You indemnify the publisher, the service provider and the telecommunications companies from any losses, liability, costs and/or expenses incurred by them and any legal action commenced against them or any of them as a result of the viewing or the retrieving of such materials by you in the event that the material is contrary to the laws of the location from which you are accessing the material. You acknowledge all responsibility for viewing the material at APB.
6. We’ll do our best to be up 24 hours a day and 7 days a week but are not responsible in the event of an outage. We will make it a goal to extend any and all membership expiration dates in the case of outages that are a fault of our own. We aren't responsible if your internet access provider isn’t working.
7. As a member of APB, it is likely you'll be contributing your own content to the community. You may not contribute any images containing nudity. Content you contribute may not infringe on property rights of others. The content you contribute must not be malicious or cause actual damage (i.e. a virus). If APB warns you to remove content from public view, or make it private ourselves, you may not leave it up or put it back into public display. The content you contribute must not be hateful or generally intended to offend most people who view it.
8. APB reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Some reasons that may get you banned: obscene content contributions, being a nuisance to the APB community, or spamming.
9. In case your account is suspended for reasons of delinquency (obscene content, being a nuisance, spamming, etc), APB is not required to provide a refund of your subscription fees. We are not liable for any losses.
10. You are solely responsible for anything uploaded under your username, even if it wasn’t you. Guard your password.
11. Do not spam users. Don’t harass users. Don’t impersonate anyone’s identity (username or real). Don’t post false information. Don’t delete or edit others' materials in a way that ruins the original.
12. As a member, you are allowed access to the AnonCaller. APB is not responsible in the event of an outage or discontinuing of access to this service.
13. Access to the AnonCaller is limited by geographic location. We are not liable if you can not use the AnonCaller for any reason including your choice of phone service provider. Currently, the AnonCaller is available to users in Canada and the United States only.
14. Currently account membership is free. In the future, account membership may have a monthly fee. You may have access to the AnonCaller with purchased minutes.
14.5 AnonCaller minutes never expire.
15. You are responsible for any charges incurred by your phone service provider while using APB and AnonCaller. Be aware of your phone service agreement and charges that you may incur as a result of using anonymous phone bone.
16. The AnonCaller obfuscates a member's caller id while also hiding the number of the member being connected. APB is not responsible for any event that may occur that results in a phone number becoming known unintentionally such as application bugs.
17. Any content that you contribute to the community may be viewable to the public, except for your email address and phone number.
18. As a member, your account is associated with a phone number, given to APB at registration. This is the phone number that will be dialed by the AnonCaller. Changing this number is, in general, not allowed. You may request a new phone number to be associated with your account by sending an email to website administrators, reachable via the 'contact us' link in the case that your number actually changes. We reserve the right to not allow a number change for any reason.
19. APB is not liable for anything you find on the site. That being said, we’ll do our best to remove bad users and content.
20. APB is not liable for any loss of data.
21. APB may have some application bugs. Let us know, and we'll get to work on fixing them.
22. We are not responsible for harm to your computer or phone that comes as a result of using APB, directly or indirectly.
23. We aren’t responsible for any content posted on a third party site that links to or mentions APB.
24. You agree to hold APB and its personnel blameless in any lawsuit.
25. To use APB, you will be required to provide a valid email address during registration. We will not disclose your email address to anyone for any reason, nor will we send you unsolicited messages. Look at the privacy policy for more details.
26. To use most of APB's services you must open an account. If you're not a member, you will not have the ability to use the AnonCaller, post or reply to personals, create and update a profile, send messages to other members, join the chat room(s), or use the instant messenger. As a non-member you will be allowed to see member profiles and view posted personals, as well as any other publicly accessible resources at APB.
27. We reserve the right to change the member subscription price or cost of AnonCaller minutes at any time. All charges made before price changes will still be honored at the terms for which the purchase was conducted.
28. If your credit card is declined or your payment does not go through, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We do not have any obligation to continue to maintain your materials. Please note that this doesn’t mean we’re going to automatically delete your content – we understand that these things happen. However, we are not under an obligation to maintain your content.
29. If you fail to renew your subscription or cancel your membership, we reserve the right to no longer store any of the data you have contributed to APB. That being said, we will do our best to maintain as much data as possible in hopes you will renew our service.
30. Any data or content you contribute to APB becomes APB's property. You do have ownership of your account, meaning that no one else can register with your email address or get access to your account and all data and content that you've contributed.
31. You are allowed to circumvent use of the AnonCaller by exchanging numbers with members directly.
32. We are not responsible for the anonymity of your use with APB. That being said, we regard your privacy (especially your email address and phone number) with the utmost importance and will be on the watch for improved procedures, methodologies, and technologies for protecting private information.
33. You are not allowed to transfer your paid membership account to another person for any reason.
34. You may have you account closed at any time by visiting the contact us link and requesting that your account be closed. Refunds will not be provided for any fees that you have incurred.
35. This is an ad-free community. Do not spam. If you are caught soliciting other members, your account will be permanently banned. If someone attempts to solicit you, over the phone or internet, report that member by going to their profile and selecting the 'Report User' option under the 'Moderation' menu.
36. This agreement overrides any previous Terms of Service agreements you had regarding APB.
